Tom From Blink-182 Has A New Band

Blink-182’s Tom DeLonge
With Blink-182 on "indefinite hiatus" (code word for "We’re breaking up, but we’d like to keep the option of releasing a new album if our new solo projects tank"), the band’s three members have the freedom to do virtually anything they want. Blink sold millions of albums during their decade-plus run, so the now grown-up pop-punkers can afford to release whatever kind of vanity projects tickle their individual fancy.
We’ve already told you what Mark Hoppus and Travis Barker have been up to and now Tom DeLonge has spoken out about his post-Blink career. He wants to be a rock star.
No, not an of-the-moment pop-punk rock star. He’s already done that. DeLonge wants to be a real full-fledged mainstream "Hello, my name is Bono/Sting/Mick" kind of rock star. In a new interview with MTV News, DeLonge revealed details about his new band, Angels & Airwaves. In a Fred Durst-esque bout of boasting, DeLonge declared, "I’m not just creating another band. I’m trying to create the world’s greatest rock band" and also compared the upcoming album to U2’s classic, The Joshua Tree.

Love their song, I know it’s been a long time since he got a new rock band but last night I watched their video and I like them. Wanna know more about them.
