Tips 2 Lose Weight
Loose your weight means you have to speed your metabolism. Here are several ways to fire up your metabolism:
# Go exercise maybe twice a week, just simply tasks such as walking, using the stairs instead of elevator. The key is to match the amount of eating to the activity you’ve had
# Eat breakfast don’t wait until lunch to eat cause it will slowdown your metabolism
#Avoid sugar cause it will store fat
# Eat spicy foods
# Sleep more
# Increase water intake
# Eat smaller meals, try to consume 4 or 6 small meals with 2 to 3 hours apart
# Never skip meals cause it will slowdown your metabolism
# Plain meals in detail
# Avoid stress
# Take some green tea
# Consume more food energy such as vegatables, fruits, beans and grains.
Well, why don’t we give it a try. To be honest with you I’m struggle with my weight too and I think I make progress by doing the list above.
